Advantages and benefits of unlocking the premium features of the UIG Toolbox Meeting App are as follows.

The premium edition will offer the same functionality as the standard edition along with the following additional features:

SYSTEM ENHANCEMENTS.

  • Audio recordings will be stored on and are accessible via the UIG Toolbox App web portal as opposed to on the device (meaning that if the device is ever lost, stolen or damaged, the Toolbox Meeting recordings are unaffected).
  • All meeting report details will be stored on and are accessible via the UIG Toolbox App web portal (once again, meaning that if the device is ever lost, stolen or damaged, the Toolbox Meeting details are unaffected).
  • Additional quantity of generic Toolbox Meeting topics over and above the standard offering.

WEB PORTAL ADMINISTRATION ENHANCEMENTS.

  • Review and download previously conducted meeting reports.
  • Review and download previously conducted audio recordings.
  • Upload your own unique Toolbox topics (unlimited quantity – accessible by your organisation only).
  • Pre-loading of employee details (name and email address) into web portal meaning foremen do not need to manually enter these details.
  • Unique searches with the premium edition can be done in real time on the one screen, as opposed to reviewing multiple meeting reports and emails as with the standard (Free) edition thus further saving time and minimising expense.
  • Provision for individual foreman login. A foreman can be issued their own username and password for web portal access. This allows the foreman to create their own topics, create their own pre-start meetings and add their own attendees from their own work crew.
  • Conduct unique searches, such as:
    – how many meetings has Peter West attended this year?
    – what topics has Peter West attended?
    – which foremen generally conduct ‘quick’ meetings?
    – which employees are often late arriving at Toolbox meetings?

EFFICIENCY ENHANCEMENTS.

  • Create meeting foreman/leading hands and allocate access privileges.
  • Allocate categories and assign topics to them.
  • Allow particular/all foremen/leading hands to create their own (individual) categories and topics.
  • Create ‘Urgent’ topics that must be conducted by all foremen/leading hands before any other topics can be conducted.
  • Control the quantity of licences being used. New foremen/leading hands will receive an automated email with their activation code once their details are entered into the system. Therefore, transitioning new users to the UIG Toolbox Meeting App is automated, seamless and efficient.
  • Foremen can upload and create their own topics for their own individual (site/date specific) use.
  • Foremen and attendee details can be bulk uploaded via CSV.
